Description

In partnership with Metropolitan Development Inc. and Rivier Properties, Arrow B is excited to develop a series of duplexes in the Overland Neighborhood. Each duplex is two and a half stories and features private decks, open living space and detached garages. Taking mid-century modern design cues from the neighborhood, Arrow B and the developer worked to design façades that are dynamic yet respectful to the context.
