Jamie and Janna Williams recognized a unique opportunity in the Denver market with the explosion of commercial craft and home brewing: supplying brewers with everything needed to brew. CO-Brew is a homebrew supply store, small-scale brewery, and brew-on-premises boutique. The Williams wanted a clean, contemporary, organized retail environment that’s also designed to facilitate teaching.

The brewing area allows for group or one-on-one instruction in craft and home brewing using state-of-the-art, high-end home brew equipment. It also allows CO-Brew to brew and sell their own beer on site, giving customers a taste of the quality and variety of beers the home brewer can aspire to.

The unique concept provided a challenge at federal and local levels of zoning and code requirements, which Arrow B helped solve by walking zoning officials through the unusual use of the space. CO-Brew includes prep, brewing, and fermentation areas, a large grain room and a tasting area in a bright, clean, sophisticated storefront on Broadway in downtown Denver.
