Description

This law office has been a labor of love. Arrow B was hired to assess the building and property before purchase and reviewed renovation and redevelopment opportunities for the site. We are pleased that because of these efforts, the clients chose to keep and completely renovate the 1957 building.

After receiving unanimous approval and positive feedback from the community, the project was ready to go. We chose to embellish the mid-century charm of the original design while updating it to improve natural light, street presence, and elevate the overall design. As the existing structure is in a historic district, the changes required Historic review board approval from the city. The exterior improvements update the finish materials and colors and eliminate the building’s low, bunker-like feel. The entry skylight and uplifted exposed timber structure and tongue-and-groove soffit deck are being restored. The interior, previously a dim maze of small exam and treatment rooms, will be transformed into a sophisticated, open, and airy office with high-end finishes with some industrial flourish.
