Project Update: Jameson’s Garage Construction

Construction at Jameson’s Garage is well underway. The building is being redeveloped into a two-tenant space with a brewery and restaurant. One of our favorite parts when working with old buildings is uncovering the layers of history as they become exposed. Striking a balance between new and old character is always a challenge. The demising walls are going up, exterior improvements have begun, and the core is taking shape. We are also excited to be working with Barbed Wire Reef, the restaurant tenant, on their first brick and mortar location, scheduled to open in January 2019.
