Project Update: 2200 California Tenant Turnover

April 15^th marks a year since we first stepped foot in the warehouse at 22^nd and California. It has been a massive undertaking and the building is finally coming together! With collaboration from VanWest Partners and Spectrum General Contractors, the century old building is regaining historic character, while getting a contemporary facelift. Tenants have begun construction in their respective spaces and the landscape and exterior renovation will soon be complete. To see more of the building, check out our first California blog post.
