Whirlybird Ice Cream and Waffles and Arrow B searched Denver high and low to find an ideal location for this neighborhood shop. Drawing on the owner’s New England roots, the space needed to have historic character and neighborhood walkability for an underserved community of families and ice cream lovers. Most of the space is production based so the teensy, almost walk-up sized front-of-house derives its charm from simple classic white millwork and clean quartz countertops.
