Description

The Sunnyside residence client was unhappy with an existing front patio area that offered little character or separation from the public for their new contemporary duplex. Arrow B Architecture was tasked to improve the use of space, provide layers of privacy, and upgrade curb appeal. Inspired by nature, the natural finished screens provide veiled (and zoning compliant) privacy for the new seating and dining areas and simultaneously serve as sculptures viewed from the interior.
