Description

This 1964 office building on South Broadway is seeing a major transformation inside and out. Seemingly plucked straight out of Florida in the 60s, we introduce some modern flare to freshen it up with a simple, modest facelift that speaks to its vintage but brings it into this century. A new paint scheme breaks down the mass of the building with steel and lighting accents to highlight the main entrance. A bold white stain *pops* the stone on the mid-century classic Broadway elevation.

The interior was completely gutted to create a hybrid of single tenant and micro-offices to better reflect the market demand in the wake of the pandemic. The plan was opened for shared common area and exposed structural columns leave a hint of an industrial look that combined well with the building owner’s interior design sense.
