Description

Big Trout Brewing is a tenant in the Winter Park Transit Center Core & Shell. Arrow B designed the core space with a brewery in mind. Bright red glazed overhead doors have already become iconic for the Transit Center and command attention all the way from Main Street. When open they engage Big Trout completely to bustle of Cooper Creek Square and views of the mountains. The clients worked to utilize as many local craftspeople and artisans as possible to create their own vision of quirky and warm interiors inspired by the mountains and their love of fly fishing. For visitors that want to watch and learn about the brewing process, the High Efficiency Brewing System (HEB) is featured in the middle of the space.
