Arrow B Announces a New Project: Jackson’s Corner

Another warehouse, another renovation. Arrow B is excited to announce our next big partnership with VanWest Partners and Spectrum General Contractors –  redeveloping a warehouse building in the heart of the Five Points Historic Cultural District. Previously the home to commercial laundry services, the building will be subdivided into a mixed-use, multi-tenant building.

Despite its location right on Welton Street, there is not much documentation for the building. Its original use and configuration have been lost to time.  Careful demo and investigation revealed it to be a conglomeration of several buildings now enclosing one space. Structure has been scabbed together and original openings have been infilled. Arrow B will refurbish portions of the historic structure while bringing new identity to other parts, creating a thoughtful and respectful new addition to Five Points and the Landmark District.
