Arrow B Announces a New Project: 2200 California

Arrow B is excited to announce its biggest project yet: the renovation of an existing warehouse at 2200 California in Denver. We are partnering with Van West Partners, Broad Street Realty, Spectrum General Contractors and R&R Engineers-Surveyors Inc., to bring life back to this beautiful building. Although seemingly straight forward, the team has found many quirky features, such as unique structure in each bay, different floor elevations throughout and a few basements with… character. The building once housed an extensive Porsche collection and although no cars reside in the building much of the memorabilia is still present. Arrow B is working to include some of these items in the final design in order to pay tribute to the history of the building. Each visit to the building yields a new surprise as the team looks through the many years of memories stacked high and catalogued by the meticulous hand of the former owner.
