Ramblebine Brewing Company

Ramblebine Brewing Company

Description

Ramblebine Brewing Company is a new 10-barrel brewery located in a century old building in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. The clients wanted to return home and invest in their community to join the slow and steady revitalization of Junction’s historic downtown district. Already an empty shell when the team started, the property had the unusual bonus of an undeveloped lot on the corner which serves perfectly as a high-visibility patio and extension of the tap room. A permanent food-truck installation makes Ramblebine a fantastic destination and is especially (ahem) geared to Junction’s active cycling community.

Xan Creative was lead designer and Arrow B served as Architect of Record for the project, our second collaboration with Xan. We did preliminary property assessment and coordinated site and core shell redevelopment while assisting the client with early entitlement and planning approvals with the city. Arrow B also helped with consultant coordination, permit and municipal approvals, construction documentation, and construction phase services.
